How we get started
One real example from your working day is more useful than a long wish list. What is done repeatedly? Which tools are already in use? Where do questions or duplicate work arise? That gives us a manageable starting point.

Can I book advice without commissioning development?
Yes. A review, tool selection or help with implementation can be agreed as a standalone service.
Do I need a specific AI idea already?
No. A recurring task, a typical enquiry or an example of time-consuming content work is enough to begin. We first assess whether and where assistance would be useful.
Do you take existing tools into account?
Yes. Current software and workflows are part of the review. An additional tool is useful only if it fits the process and the team can actually use it.
Can AI send text or replies directly?
That is not the default assumption. An initial workflow can prepare drafts for a responsible person to review and send. Any further automation is decided separately based on the task, permissions and risk.
How do you assess whether a solution is worthwhile?
We define a concrete goal before testing, such as less time searching or a useful first draft. Then we consider output quality, correction effort and ongoing costs together. Generic savings promises are not a substitute.
